Today we went to Sierra's Kindergarten graduation. I am just so proud of her and all her accomplishments this year. She is such a good student and she works so hard on her schoolwork. It seems like we were just putting her on the bus for her first day of school and now she is finished. I have to admit I got a little choked up, but only one tear. I tried to keep it under control. She has really grown a lot this year. She is such a good reader, and she loves to write words and make up her own stories. She has made some cute friends, too. I have loved helping out in her classroom and being able to get to know the kids in her class and her teacher. It is so neat to get to see how she acts and to know that she is a good kid. She has always been so well behaved, even when she was little she always wanted to be good and follow the rules. I just love her so much and I am so grateful for her. She has a couple of school days left, but they just have some really fun things planned for the kids. It will be fun to have her home during the summer. I don't know what I will do when she is in school all day next year!! It will be hard for me! I am excited for her though, she told me the other day, she said, "Mom, when I am in first grade, I will stay at school and they will give me lunch!" She was so excited...mmmmm school lunch!! ha ha.

If they ask, deny, deny, deny...
So for the past few weeks Lillian has been in denial about nap time. Yesterday after taking a full three hour nap she walked out of her room, hair all a mess, eyes all swollen from sleep, grogginess in full effect, the whole thing. I said, "How was your nap sweetie?" She replied, very matter-of-fact, "I didn't take a nap today." So I guess that, is that.

What a new post? Whose blog is this?
I don't know what's come over me but I have decided to post something. You know it is hard for me. I just haven't been feeling it lately, but I really need to get back into the groove.
In case you don't know I haven't been myself lately. For some reason beyond explanation I have decided to have another baby. Apparently, my body disagreed with me. I just want you to know that while my other pregnancies were fairly agreeable, this pregnancy...is trying to kill me, literally!!
Someday when the shame and humiliation of all that has happened to me in the last three months wears off, ask me to discuss it with you. Otherwise, let's just leave it unsaid.
I am now beginning my 15th week, I think the worst of it is behind me, but I don't really want to jinx myself. So I will say I am running about 75% of normal this week.
Interestingly enough, Erica is in her 30th week of pregnancy and she posted some pictures of herself on her blog. She looks about as pregnant as I do...I wonder if that means my baby will be twice as big as her baby...hmmm. I am willing to put 20 bucks on that.
Wish me luck, I really need it. Really.
